• 14 days prior: 50% of tour cost forfeited.
• 7 days prior: 80% forfeited.
• No Show: 100% forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Transportation

• (Optional) Pick-up and drop-off available within 35 km of Oudtshoorn.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before departure to complete necessary documents.
