Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in and to complete indemnity forms. Helmets and locks are provided free of charge.
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 21 days before tour: Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposit)
- 14 to 20 days: 50% refund
- 7 to 13 days: 20% refund
- Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund
Cancellation date is based on receipt of written notice.
Bike Safety Guidelines:
- Give way to pedestrians
- Obey traffic signs and rules
- Use hand signals
- No texting or speeding
- Helmets must be worn at all times
- Ride with traffic
- Test brakes before riding
- Ask staff for assistance if needed
