Arrival:
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure for check-in and to complete indemnity forms. Helmets and locks are provided free of charge.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 21 days before tour: Full refund (excluding non-refundable deposit)
• 14 to 20 days: 50% refund
• 7 to 13 days: 20% refund
• Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund
  Cancellation date is based on receipt of written notice.

Bike Safety Guidelines:

• Give way to pedestrians
• Obey traffic signs and rules
• Use hand signals
• No texting or speeding
• Helmets must be worn at all times
• Ride with traffic
• Test brakes before riding
• Ask staff for assistance if needed
